INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Ready to eat raw, thanks to the thermal treatment at -20°C (-4°F) for at least 24 hours, in compliance with food safety regulations.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
Store at temperatures not exceeding -18°C (0°F).
Defrost in the refrigerator at a temperature no higher than +4°C (39°F) and consume within 24 hours of thawing.
Do not refreeze after thawing.
Shelf life: 18 months from the production (freezing) date.
