The story of LuxurEat is the meeting of an authentic family heritage, a deep passion for Italian gastronomy, and an extraordinary entrepreneurial spirit.
Its roots lie in a culinary tradition passed down by Renato and Renata, respectively the grandfather and mother of Roberto Ugolini, founder of the brand.
Since childhood, Roberto has been immersed in the aromas of Italian cuisine alongside his grandfather Renato, a self-taught chef of great elegance, and his mother Renata, a passionate guardian of time-honored flavors.
These experiences shaped his palate and ignited a spark: a deep love for authenticity, regional recipes, and exceptional raw ingredients.
That was the beginning of an extraordinary journey — one that led from a family table to the creation of one of the most refined names in the world of Italian luxury gastronomy.

Over the years, LuxurEat has expanded its gastronomic universe, adding an exclusive selection of caviar and gourmet condiments alongside its fine truffles.
Guided by the vision of sharing Italian excellence with the world, Roberto Ugolini has built strong partnerships with local artisans and producers, keeping centuries-old traditions alive while paving the way for high-end innovation.
A defining milestone was the opening of the Trufflebar & Restaurant in Bangkok, which quickly became a landmark for Italian gourmet culture in Asia.
The temporary closure during the pandemic marked a strategic turning point — an opportunity to rethink the growth model and launch a new phase focused on franchising and international expansion.
The company continues to evolve — faithful to its roots yet always looking toward the future of taste.

Launched in 2025, the LuxurEat Private Label division allows clients to develop custom gourmet product lines under their own brand, supported by over 15 years of expertise in premium food production and innovation.
Why LuxurEat Was Created
LuxurEat is the result of a natural evolution — but also of a clear vision: to offer the world of haute cuisine an exclusive collection of products designed to meet the needs of the most demanding restaurateurs and Michelin-starred chefs.
Following the creation of TrufflEat, dedicated to fresh truffles and truffle-based products, and CaviarEat, a brand born to celebrate caviar as the ultimate symbol of gastronomic luxury, came the idea of creating a brand capable of merging these two souls — truffle and caviar — into a coherent, elegant line devoted to excellence.
Thus, LuxurEat was born: a project shaped with the contribution of the founder’s two daughters, aimed at creating a range of luxury products — some featuring truffle, others caviar, and others without either, yet equally exclusive, innovative, and crafted for the top segment of the HoReCa market.
LuxurEat is much more than a brand: it’s a concrete response to the needs of Michelin-starred chefs, international hotel chains, and premium distributors seeking:
