Overview

Our refund and return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

In order to make a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received. It must also be in the original packaging.

Different types of goods cannot be returned. Perishable products such as food and fresh truffles cannot be refunded.

A photo of the damaged goods is required to complete the return.

Refund

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also let you know if your refund has been approved or denied.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a number of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you still haven't received your refund, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company: it may take some time before the refund is officially sent.

Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Items for sale

Sale items will be refunded with the sale price.

Substitutions

We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you wish to exchange the item for another of the same type, please email info@luxureat.com and ship the item to: TrufflEat SRL, Via Muzio Clementi 11 A, 00193 Rome, Italy.

Shipping of returns

The shipping costs for returning the product are the responsibility of the user. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If a refund is received, the return postage will be deducted from the refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your replacement product may vary.

If returning more expensive items, we recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that you will receive the returned item.
