Sevruga caviar

Full and decisive taste, characteristic marine aftertaste, velvety consistency, glossy pearl gray colour. It is the smallest of the sturgeon family historically native to the Caspian Sea and is especially popular with caviar veterans. Although its eggs do not exceed 2mm, it has the most intense and richest flavor of all the selections.
