Kaluga Amur caviar

It is a quality much appreciated by chefs, large and crunchy eggs, well defined, brown in color with light green hues. Taste with delicate notes. The Amur Kaluga comes from the eggs of a hybrid species of sturgeon, obtained from the female Huso Dauricus and male Acipenser Schrenkii, the sturgeon that has always populated the waters of the Amur River, on the border between China and Russia. The eggs reach the dimensions of ø 3 mm.
